VIT STRONG has a high dosage formulation, with 11 vitamins at 150% of RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) + Vitamin C and Vitamin E at 300% of RDA, which ensures a complete and effective vitamin supplement for sports and active lives.
The VIT STRONG formulation is also enriched with 8 oligoelements useful for saline balance and physical wellness.

RECOMMENDATION: take 1 capsule per day in the morning on a full stomach. if doing Body Building it is recommended to take it at breakfast also with PD WHEY 100 and BCAA.
