The science:

RECOMMENDATION: Add 3 heaped scoops (145g) to a shaker with 400ml of water. Shake for 5-10 seconds. Allow to settle for 40 seconds and drink. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and another serving immediately after. On rest days take 1 serving in the morning and another in the evening. Take a maximum of 2 servings per day.

puo' sostituire molti prodotti ( proteine, gainer, creatina) a motivo della sua formula, comprendente un buon dosaggio appunto di creatina, l' utile hmb anticatabolico, i soliti bcaa, minerali essenziali, e anche buon rapporto di proteine pur essendo praticamente un gainer (adatto quindi a chi fa fatica ad aumentare di massa muscolare) e tra i pregi non fa ingrassare-- gusto valido nel cioccolato, discreti vaniglia e fragola, bocciata la banana ( peraltro solo sulla confezione da 2,3 kg), solubilità discreta con lo shaker ma non ottimale-- prezzo onesto
