Quality Food - Avena is a food supplement of oat flour, with taurine, lipoic acid, beta-carotene, vitamins and chromium.

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oat, oat bran, barley or barley bran or from mixtures of these beta-glucans.
 
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 4 measuring spoons of product (corresponding to 50 g) in 150 ml of water or skim milk.
Contains measuring cup.
