Esi - Le Dieci Erbe Psillio is a food supplement based on psyllium, plum and plant ingredients, flavored with plum.

Psyllium, plum, ash, mallow, dandelion, cinnamon favor the regularity of intestinal transit. Psyllium and mallow contribute to normal stool volume and consistency. Psyllium also has a prebiotic action.

The marshmallow promotes intestinal transit and has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. Lemon balm and artichoke promote the elimination of intestinal gas.

Dandelion and artichoke promote the hepatic and purifying functions of the body and also promote digestive function, together with cinnamon and lemon balm. The vegetable extract obtained from stevia leaves was used as a sweetener.
 
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 to 3 sachets per day, preferably on an empty stomach, throughout the day.

Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, fill it with still still water (about 150 ml). Mix well for a few seconds and immediately take the resulting solution.

After taking it is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

The possible formation of gel, which occurs if the product is not taken immediately after the preparation of the solution, is characteristic of psyllium.

It is possible, if necessary, to reshape the consistency of the preparation by increasing the quantity of water.
