ZL Protein is a protein blend derived from ion exchange microfiltered whey protein, enriched with Glicomacropeptides (GMP) and isolated proteins derived from peas (pisum sativum), that give a significant provision of BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid) and Lipoic Acid. The latter promotes muscle tropism and has a highly effective antioxidant action (free Radicals).

Glutamine dipeptide is a more soluble and stable form of L-Glutamine with a significant immune modulatory and anti-catabolic / anabolic activity. It also acts to protect the intestinal mucosa barrier and is an antioxidant.

The amino acid Taurine improves the exchange of oxygen between blood and tissues, favouring the transport and combustion of fatty acids and allowing a more rapid weight loss; thanks to its property of lowering the sugar content in the blood, it induces glycogen saving and the possibility of maintaining energies longer.

Taurine also reduces fatigue, maintains a high sense of wakefulness and response to stimuli during workouts and allows more intense training, keeping the metabolic rate high, even when at rest, while burning additional calories.

ZL Protein is enriched with B Vitamins, essential for the maintenance of the body’s optimal physiological conditions; in fact, they act as biocatalysts (coenzymes) in energetic and nutrients metabolic processes and are essential for cells to build up protoplasm and release energy. Last but not least, Zinc Monomethionine is organically linked to a sulfate, which contains the essential amino acid methionine.

In muscle development sports, in addition to its plastic function involvement as a muscle and bone constituent, Zinc is the co-factor of an enzyme that plays an important role in the anaerobic metabolism of lactic acid; it also stimulates the secretion of growth hormone (GH or Somatotropin) and, binding to hemoglobin chains, increases the affinity for oxygen, promoting also aerobic metabolism.
