Sono un mix di proteine del siero e proteine del latte, concentrazione al 65 % (quindi molto bassa), ingredienti in dosi che non è dato sapere; sulla confezione si afferma che sono addizionate con BCAA e glutammina (in dosi ignote). Quantità di grassi enorme e di carboidrati abbastanza alta.
Quindi proteine di basso profilo che costano però quanto altre proteine sicuramente molto più tecniche e professionali.
Unica nota positiva il gusto biscotto Oreo che è davvero molto buono, anche se un pò troppo schiumoso. Inoltre, sono molto solubili in qualsiasi liquido (io le sciolgo persino nello yogurt).
A prezzo pieno se le possono tranquillamente tenere, ma anche a prezzo scontato si trova sicuramente di meglio.
Infine, imbarazzante la quantità di pubblicità e scritte sensazionalistiche sulla confezione (un'americanata in pieno stile) cosa che già dovrebbe far dubitare chi cerca prodotti seri.
Però devo ammettere che sono proprio buone... ;-)
