Replacing a meal with a meal replacement bar in a low-calorie diet helps keep weight stable after weight loss. Replacing two meals a day with a meal replacement bar in a low-calorie diet helps lose weight. The product serves the purpose only in a low-calorie diet. Said diet must include other food and can be followed regardless of whether

this product is used or not.
Drink a glass of water after eating the meal replacement bar. In all cases, ensure you drink enough during the day.
