Dietary supplement

Food supplement with sweeteners, aspartame free. ISOBOLIC WHEY is a WHEY PROTEIN food supplement specially formulated for the athletes. The formula of nutrients of ISOBOLIC WHEY contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle (protein), the reduction of fatigue and tiredness (vitamin B6). Whey proteins are a protein source with very high biological value, they have an optimal amino acid profile and a high content of branched chain amino acids. ISOBOLIC WHEY supplies in ideal proportion all the protein fractions of whey and contains the natural enzyme bromelain, contained in the pineapple with digestive properties.


RECOMMENDATION: mix 3 scoops = 30 g with 80 ml of water or other liquid. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased at will in order to obtain the density and intensity of flavor desired. Increasing the volume of water added, it decreases the intensity of taste and makes the preparation less dense. Take one serving per day at the end of sports performance or during the day, between meals and at least one hour before workouts or competitions. Preparation in the glass: the product is instant, this means that it is not necessary to prepare the shaker. Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Preparation with the shaker: bring a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein immediately after your workout. Place a serving of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the lid and shake for a few seconds.

premesso che il sapore è soggettivo cmq direi ottimo (le ho provate al cioccolato)....si sciolgono con estrema facilità. i valori nutrizionali riportati qui sulla tabella corrispondono fatta eccezione dei 4.5g di CARBOIDRATI su 100 di prodotto (questo è quello che riporta la tabella dei valori nutriz. della confezione). senza aspartame ;)

Chiedo scusa per i miei errori nella recensione precedente: 3 misurini portano a 30 grammi di prodotto, non 90 grammi; i valori di vit B6 vanno considerati espressi in milligrammi (mg) e non grammi.

Mi sembra un ottimo prodotto, la schiuma e' modesta e si assesta comunque in poco tempo. Il sapore (cioccolato) e' piacevole, magari un po' dolcino. La solubilita' e' pressoche' istantanea. Da ricordarsi che una dose standard (3 misurini, 90 grammi) porta in pratica una quantita' di BCAA di 6 grammi, quindi va tenuto in mente quando si integra anche con i BCAA per esempio in compresse... Ottimo il fatto di avere nel mix la Bromelina (coadiuvante della digestione). Ovviamente c'e' anche un'aggiunta di vit B6 e su questo punto suggerisco di fare sempre i conti con tutti gli altri integratori per non arrivare diciamo mai sopra un totale di 4 o 5 grammi al giorno per la B6 (per stare proprio stra stra stra sicuri, le raccomandazioni sulla tossicita' parlano di un massimo assoluto di 10 grammi al giorno...).
