MUSCLE PROMOTER is a food supplement with sweeteners suitable for sportsmen, in particular adults who have performed highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The components of MUSCLE PROMOTER contribute to physiological functions of: growth and maintenance of muscle mass (protein*), reduction of fatigue and tiredness (vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, magnesium), protein synthesis (zinc, magnesium), metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids (zinc), contrast the physical and mental fatigue (maca, rodiola rosea), contribution to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (vit C). Finally carbohydrates contained in MUSCLE PROMOTER contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal.
(The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of carbohydrates from all sources in total equal to 4 g per kg of body weight, about 300 g of carbohydrates for an adult sportsman, with an intake in doses starting within the first 4 hours after a physical exercise intense and to be concluded in any case within 6 hours after this exercise).

** the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.


RECOMMENDATION: mix 70 g = 4 scoops with approximately 300 - 400 ml of water. Take one serving once a day just after intense exercise (within the first 4 hours and no later than six successive). It is therefore important to consume carbohydrates, after intense physical activity, also from other sources (beverages, other carbohydrate-rich food) than Muscle Promoter that provides 32 g of carbs per serving.
