Titanium Pro Plex 7 is the most advanced complex of proteins that are essential for the proper functioning of every living organism, and important especially in sports nutrition.
Proteins in Titanium Pro Plex 7 are derived from whey protein concentrate Carbelac®, whey protein isolate ISOLAC®, hydrolyzed whey protein Optipep ™, micellar casein, hydrolyzed casein PeptoPro® , ovalbumin and beef protein isolate.
All of these types of proteins have a different structure and characteristics, they have different amino acid composition and different digestion rate - thus they are absorbed by the body at different time. Hydrolyzed protein, as protein which has undergone digestion process, is characterized by a large share of peptides and free amino acids, which can be used by body immediately, bypassing digestion process.
Unlike amino acids derived from hydrolyzed protein, casein is digested much slower and longer, and even a few hours after eating, it provides the body with amino acids necessary for muscle building – that’s why it is a perfect protein for the night. Isolate as the most concentrated source of protein supplies purified and most concentrated protein.
Beef protein has a different amino acid profile so it completes the product perfectly, not only in amino acids but also provides all necessary hydro-amino-acids for collagen production.
