Casein: ottime, sia come gusto e solubilità (le bevo con latte delattosato e parzialmente scremato) che come pasto pre-nanna. Mi danno una buona sensazione di sazietà per ore e sono molto digeribili rispetto ad altri brand.
Whey: gusto mooolto scarso, sia al cioccolato che alla fragola, digeribilità pessima (ovviamente parere personale, magari per colpa del lattosio) sicuramente prima ed ultima volta che le acquisto! Preferisco di gran lunga le Scitec Whey Professional ad esempio.

veramente ottima accoppiata!!!! gusto eccezionale, le ho provate con l'acqua sia le caseine che le whey e sono buonissime!!!! per qllo che riguarda la solubilità per le whey ho constatato che 1 misurino per 250 ml d'acqua son l'ideale e per le caseine anche 300 ml d'acqua sono ok.

ottima offerta :) acquistata ieri :) Allora, le whey hanno un gusto buono, non tanto dolciastro ma leggero e buono..solubilità immediata e non rimane denso un misurino in 200ml di latte. Facendo la stessa operazione cn le caseine quando ho aperto il mixer ho notato che era un budino xD tutto attaccato ai lati..xcio ho dovuto abbondare cn l'acqua e rimixare..gusto buono anke se un pelo farinoso..ma eccellente lo stesso :)
