DIRECTIONS:
  • For a Quick Ultra-Concentrated Shot - Mix one rounded scoop with 3-4 fl. oz. (90-120mL) of cold water or your favorite beverage using a shaker cup or blender.
  • For a Shake - Mix one rounded scoop with 6-8 fl. oz. (180-240mL) of cold water or your favorite beverage using a shaker cup or blender.
