POWER WHEY is a food supplement made from whey protein with creatine, taurine and vitamin B6. POWER WHEY is instant solubile and have a very good flavor, recommended in the athlete. The formula of nutrients of POWER WHEY contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle (protein), the reduction of fatigue and tiredness (vitamin B6) and the increase of physical performance in case of repetitive tasks, high intensity and short duration (creatine). The serum (or whey proteins) are a source of protein with high biological value and high content of branched chain amino acids, have digestion times fast and then quickly release the amino acids contained. POWER WHEY provides ideal proportion in all protein fractions of whey.


RECOMMENDATION: mix one serving of 3 scoops = 30 g with 80 ml of water. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased at will in order to obtain the density and intensity of flavor desired. Increasing the volume of water added, it decreases the intensity of taste and makes the preparation less dense. Take one serving per day at the end of sports performance or during the day, between meals and at least one hour before workouts or competitions. Preparation in the glass: the product is instant, this means that it is not necessary to prepare the shaker. Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Preparation with the shaker: bring a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein immediately after your workout. Place a serving of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the lid and shake for a few seconds.
