Modern and complete formulation since we doubled the presence of the amino acid leucine by placing it in the ratio 4-1-1 with respect to the isoleucine and valine as it appears to be the amino acid most used for energy and anti-catabolic purposes among the three branched chain amino acids.
BCAAs in fact represent about 30% of muscle tissue, counteract muscle catabolism and accentuate its anabolism. Enriched with Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C they reduce the recovery time between two intense efforts. BCAA Sport 4-1-1 is a branched chain amino acid supplement with vitamin B6 and Vitamin C presented in the form of 1.080 g swallowable tablets containing each, 1 g total of the 3 amino acids L-leucine, I-Isoleucine and L-valine, together with 0.4 mg of vitamin B6 and 50 mg of vitamin C.

USE: In sports where energy and anti-catabolic action is required during training (endurance) and post-workout recovery (endurance and weightlifting).

Directions: take 5 tablets a day with water before or after sport.
