Io le ho provate l'odore non è il massimo però il sapore non è male, la cosa importante però è che si sentono nei muscoli, mi sono state consigliate da un amico, io ero scettico dato che avevo sempre saputo che le proteine della soia hanno un valore biologico molto più basso delle pro del siero del latte, alcuni studi hanno però dato all'isolato della soia la stessa valenza del siero del latte.
Sono da provare ;)
