RECOMMENDATION: Add 1 heaped scoop (35g) to 250-300ml of water. Shake well for 10 seconds. Allow to settle for 40 seconds and drink.
Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and another serving immediately after. On rest days take 2 servings, one in the morning and another in the evening. Take up to 3 servings per day.

Affascinato dai molteplici (presunti) effetti le ho provate per ben 3 mesi, ma devo dire che risultati zero. Dopo questa esperienza sono sempre piu contrario a questi prodotti che promettono il 'tutto in uno', tanto vale fare tutto ancora alla vecchia maniera gestendo singolarmente ogni supplements.
