Anabolic Iso +Hydro is a food supplement of Protein and HMB, maca extract, zinc, magnesium and Vitamin B6.

Protein are the building blocks of muscle and contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Magnesium plays a role in normal protein synthesis and vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.

Not to mention the 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate per serving, which in such quantities improves physical performance during short sessions of high intensity exercise.
 
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 portion (27 g=3/4 scoops) of Anabolic Iso+Hydro powder per day with 250 ml of cold water. On training days, take one serving after training. On rest days, take a dose at any time of the day.
