PROTEIN ESSENCE is a unique specialty formula that contains bioactive elements from milk and milk proteins, and it is fortified with ingredients that stack well with these nutrients, especially around training! The product components include: Colostrum, high quality milk proteins, select amino acids in peptide bound and free forms, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Beta-Alanine, Taurine and Vitamin C. This meticulously designed composition on one hand can contribute to the growth of your muscles and help with the maintenance of your muscle mass*. In addition, our protein content contributes to the maintenance of normal bones*.
On the other hand, PROTEIN ESSENCE supports the immune and nervous systems: Vitamin C (250% of Recommended Daily Allowance in one serving!) contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.* It also helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise: the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C!*
Bovine Colostrum - one of the main features of PROTEIN ESSENCE - is the first milk secreted during the first days after calving and has a very complex nutritional composition. Colostrum contains proteins, immunoglobulins and minerals, for example: Immunoglobulins (Type G1 & G2, Type A, Type M), Lactoferrin, Proline-Rich Polypeptides (PRPs), Insulin Growth Factor (Type 1, Type 2), Transforming Growth Factor ɑ, β.

Moreover, PROTEIN ESSENCE provides a Cross-flow Microfiltered and Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Isolate that also contains Beta Lactoglobulin, Alpha Lactalbumin, Bovine Serum Albumin, Immunoglobulin G, Lactoferrin and Glycomacropeptide protein microfractions. Plus we added a Whey Protein Hydrolysate, which is almost like a “pre-digested” protein with a very fast absorption rate! We included extra important amino acids in the form of trademarked PepForm® Glutamine Peptides, PepForm® Leucine Peptides and free Leucine, Taurine as well.

This complete protein source provides the body with all the necessary types of amino acids, including the 9 amino acids the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied by the diet (i.e. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine). To complete our formula, we included nice amounts of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and Beta-Alanine, which are popular ingredients.
PROTEIN ESSENCE has only a minimal carbohydrate content resulting in a great ratio of carbs to protein and to other important, more unique active ingredients. This low carb content also makes our product much more useful and versatile since you can easily use it during a muscle building or a dieting phase as well! Why tie the bioactive growth substances to large amounts of carbohydrates when many times you don’t want to take in carbs?

RECOMMENDATION: Mix 1 serving (15 g) in 100 ml water (or add to an other drink). Best time to use is after a workout. Optionally 1 serving of standard protein (20-25 g net protein) can be replaced by 1 serving of PROTEIN ESSENCE post-workout (you can mix the two), or added to a 30-40 g net protein serving of standard protein. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
