The company born from an idea of the owner, Massimo Pizzini, in February 2000, with the aim of exploiting one of the most important resources of the Plain of Sybaris: citrus fruits.
The main activity is to transform within 48 hours of collecting those precious fruits of nature, through the use of techniques that are derived from the ancient Calabrian tradition, following the classic craft recipes that require the use of the best fresh fruit and sugar.
