mi sono appena arrivate le proteine della twinlab, per 2 3 mesi le ho sempre prese all fragole, buone davvero però la percentuale proteica era un pò bassa 74%, poi leggendo un pò qui le recensioni, feci caso che in base al gusto la percentuale proteica cambiava un pò, quella a vaniglia 76%, ora che ho guardato il profilo proteico è nno solo di queste che ho preso adesso che sono gusto biscotto e crema, ho notato che la percentuale proteica è di 77% e nno solo, anche il valore di calorie, di aminoacidi è più alto, che dire uso le twinlab da 5 6 mesi, perchè parlando con il mio istruttore me ne parlò molto bene di queste proteine, infatti prima cambiavo spesso marca, anderson quantum, syfor, eas, muscletach, ma devo dire che come la twinlab nonnè ho mai viste, solubilità in meso di 100 ml d'acqua, sono leggere, molto digeribbili, e ho più massa muscolare, essendo magro, credo che sarà molto difficile che le cambierò, il mio voto è 10 su twinlab. le consiglio ha tutti
