The RM1 is a mix of nutrients whose action converges in favoring muscle recovery after intense and prolonged training.

The basis of the product is carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose): to restore muscle glycogen without inducing glycemic peaks.

The role of creatine (2 g per dose) in the mixture is to promote energy production in support of muscle recovery operations. The branched amino acids (5 g per dose) - present in the new formulation 8: 1: 1 that would better promote muscle recovery - promote protein synthesis while glutamine (2 g per dose) instead, as regards muscle recovery, has a anticatabolic effect.

Magnesium, in this context, plays an important role in helping to promote protein synthesis while potassium supports regular muscle function.

To reduce the harmful effect of free radicals (formed during exercise) they provide taurine, lipoic acid and vitamin C.

The Company + Watt srl was founded in 1997. Marco Favaron and Guido Vantini have arrived at food integration from pharmaceutical research: both graduates, important experiences in prestigious research institutes in Milan, the United States, Switzerland and then in leading pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.
