You can use this product both before and after weight training, or add it to a main meal to increase the amount of Protein and amino acids.

Thanks to its high concentration of leucine, 2.4 g per 2 scoops, this supplement is an excellent support for muscle growth and helps prevent protein degradation.
 
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder (8 g) with 250 ml of water.

Take before, during or after physical activity.
