Potassium is found mainly in intracellular liquids, regulates cellular reactions for the conductivity of the stimulus in the nervous system, the rhythmicity of the heart, osmotic pressure, acid-base balance and water retention. Alteration of the potassium content in the body can cause disturbances in muscle function.
Magnesium contributes to the correct functioning of metabolic systems (glycolysis; citric acid cycle; respiratory chain); its deficiency can cause muscle tremors and cramps.

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid present in the human body and in particular in muscle tissue. Most of the glutamine in the bloodstream is produced by muscles and some organs. The functions of Glutamine are multiple in the body, which justifies its abundant presence. Fundamental in periods of stress and intense physical activity, it is useful for keeping blood reserves intact and for muscle recovery, strengthens the immune system and acts as an antioxidant through the formation of Glutathione.
