BESCHREIBUNG

Iso-FUJI Volactive® ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, das Molkenprotein enthält, das durch Cross-Flow-Ultrafiltration und Mikrofiltration isoliert wurde und für Sportler geeignet ist, die intensive körperliche Aktivitäten ausüben. Die Proteine tragen zum Wachstum und zur Erhaltung der Muskelmasse bei, haben eine plastische Funktion (Erhaltung und Reparatur von Geweben), bilden Hormone und Enzyme, wirken als Transporter und sind an der Immunaktivität beteiligt (in Form von Antikörpern).
Das Produkt ist mit Vitamin B6 angereichert, das hilft, Müdigkeit und Ermüdung zu verringern, sowie mit dem natürlichen Verdauungsenzym Bromelain.

Die Molkenproteine haben einen hohen biologischen Wert und enthalten natürlich verzweigtkettige Aminosäuren (BCAA).
Molkenproteinisolat (WPI) ist die reinste Form der Molke. Yamamoto® Nutrition Iso-FUJI enthält Molkenprotein, das durch Cross-Flow-Ultrafiltration und Volactive® UltraWhey XP Qualitätsmikrofiltration isoliert wurde.

Was ist Molkenproteinisolat durch Cross-Flow-Ultrafiltration und Mikrofiltration?
Molkenproteinisolat (WPI) wird mit speziellen Systemen behandelt, um größere Mengen an Fett und Laktose zu entfernen. Sie haben per Definition einen durchschnittlichen Proteingehalt von 90 %, aber die Proteindichte kann von 86-88 % oder mehr variieren.

Die Mikrofiltration ist das teuerste Verfahren zur Isolierung von Molkeprotein-Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, aber auch dasjenige, bei dem die Integrität und das Vorhandensein der bioaktiven Proteinfraktionen, die die Qualität des Proteins selbst bestimmen, am besten erhalten bleiben.
Die in der ersten Verarbeitungsphase durch Ultrafiltration gewonnene Molke wird in eine Maschine geleitet, die mit Hilfe eines Systems von Membranfiltern eine weitere progressive Filtration durchführt, durch die andere unerwünschte Partikel, einschließlich Mineralien, Lipide und Laktose, entfernt werden.
Die so mikrofiltrierten Proteine sind zu 99 % nicht denaturiert und enthalten alle wichtigen bioaktiven Peptidfraktionen der nicht denaturierten Molke.

gusto biscotto: gusto delicato, non troppo dolce ne nauseante. Tante marche risultano troppo dolci, ma nonostante il sapore ricordi solo vagamente il biscotto, essendo delicato, non da fastidio. Secondo me di gran lunga migliori gusto cocco-cioccolato

Ho chiesto maggiori informazioni circa certificati provenienza materia e stabilimenti di produzione e mi hanno risposto senza problemi con tutti i dettagli. Proteine veramente fatte in Italia con tutte le certificazioni annesse. Provando il gusto all vaniglia, non è male. Per tre chucchiai è abbastanza dolce in un bicchiere di acqua, consigliato di diluirlo in una bevanda calda o acqua lievemente riscaldata (in sola acqua, per chi non è abituato al sapore un pò chimico può faticare a mandarlo giù ma con altra bevanda come latte o caffè non si avranno problemi) in quanto può creare grumi se mescolato a freddo.

Yamamoto ottima in tutto e per tutto, ma il gusto Caribbean Dream delle ISO è davvero da dimenticare: non è proprio imbevibile, ma si sente molto l'artificialità degli aromi e lascia in bocca un sapore di medicinale; regalato il barattolo da 2 kg non le riprenderò.

Allora per quanto riguarda gusto e solubilità, sono ottime, certo il gusto cioccolato nulla a che vedere con le isatori, ma è comunque buono e in acqua è preferibile mantenere gli 80 ml consigliati, + acqua + diventano insapore. Come ogni integratore in polvere in acqua fredda ovvero acqua dei distributori bisogna agitare energicamente per far sciogliere il cioccolato, ma ciò anche ovvio. Provato nel latte di soia (200-250 ml) con aggiunta di calcio e vitamine, cannella e miele sono veramente il top e nutrienti. Digeribilità immediata, nessun senso di gonfiore o pesantezza. Ora veniamo a quello che dovrebbero esserci in ogni recensione, la proteina è veramente ottima e si fa sentire visto il profilo degli aminoacidi ben superiore a molti per dosaggio. Prese 3 volte al giorno: colazione, post work e pre nanna e ogni tanto ci esce anche qualche 4° shaker negli spuntini per via del lavoro...Si fa sentire sopratutto a livello di muscolo, veramente eccezionali visto il contenuto proteico in esso, prese sempre con costanza. Aggiungo che comunque integro il ciclo con bcaa sempre Yamamoto, raw top, multivitamico, arginina + pre work + glutammina. Proteine di qualità eccellenti, vi faranno dimenticare marchi ben più blasonati e vedrete i risultati. Unica pecca: finiscono subito la prossima volta 2kg!
