4+ NUTRITION - BETA ALANINE + Beta alanine food supplementDietary supplement in powder form based on beta Alanine of the CarnoSyn® brand, effective to combat muscle fatigue and improve physical performance in sports activities involving aerobic, anaerobic or mixed metabolism. Β-alanine is an amino acid that, once entered into the muscle cell, binds to histidine to form a dipeptide (β-alanyl-L-histidine) known as carnosine. Its action is to regulate the pH by a buffer action. The alteration of the pH is caused by the exercise itself, which requires an increased energy metabolism. The consequence of this is a greater production of lactic or pyruvic acid, acid substances which liberate hydrogen ions (H +). In these conditions the use of glycogen, and therefore energy from the muscle is slowed down and muscle contraction inhibited. This state causes muscle fatigue. Carnosine comes into play as it manages to bind the H + ions and thus regulate the pH, bringing the muscle back to the ideal 'work' conditions, slowing down and avoiding the onset of the feeling of fatigue
+ DIRECTIONS: It is recommended to mix 1 scarce measure (2 g) in 150-200 ml of water or other drink and to take once a day before the physical activity.
