CALCIFER + DUO consists of two formulations, one based on calcium (white capsule) and one based on iron (orange capsule) to be taken on alternate days in order to guarantee the correct integration of these minerals.
The white capsule based on calcium Ultracal® also contains Vitamin D and K. Ultracal® is a complex of sucrosomes containing tricalcium phosphate that allows calcium (Ca) to pass the gastric environment without interacting with the mucous membranes or other nutrients to be then absorbed in the intestine, thus passing into the bloodstream, ensuring maximum bioavailability and tolerability.

 The orange capsule instead consists of iron fumarate, beta carotene, vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin B12. Iron fumarate guarantees maximum bioavailability and absorption of iron. Gluten-free product.
+ Directions: take the product on alternate days in order to ensure the correct integration of calcium and iron that could otherwise compete for absorption.
So one day you will have to take 3 calcium capsules (white capsule) and one day 1 iron capsule (orange capsule).
