Pro Sense + is a food supplement in soluble powder based on vegetable proteins with vitamins, minerals, FOS and carnitine. Proteins promote growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Vitamins and minerals support energy metabolism (B vitamins) and help protect cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C). The product also contains the exclusive blend of Richberry red fruit extracts and Rodiola, known for its adaptogenic properties, designed especially for women who practice sports.

+ DIRECTIONS: mix 3 scoops (30 g) in 200-250 ml of water, fruit juices or skimmed milk and take once a day. For best results take within 30 minutes of the end of training.

allora, partendo dal fatto che la soia comunque non avrà mai lo stesso sapore delle siero del latte, non posso dire che siano malaccio, si sciolgono bene senza fare grumi e non creano fastidi a livello intestinale! Oltre al fatto che sono molto complete!!!! Non posso non consigliarle!
