ALCE NERO SUGO ORTOLANA Sugo Ortolana is produced with Italian organic vegetables and long-berry tomatoes, including Coimbra, Ercole and other varieties grown by about 25 farms in the Po Delta, between the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna. The tomatoes, harvested in the months of July, August and September at the right degree of ripeness, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. From the field to the processing, the organoleptic qualities of the tomatoes and vegetables used are continuously checked and verified to offer you the best taste.
