Food supplement based on monacolin K from fermented red rice.

Sanocolest is a food supplement based on fermented red rice, milk thistle, berberis, artichoke and coenzyme Q10. The red rice monacolin K contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of cholesterol in the blood (*the beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 10 mg of monaoclina K) while the thistle, the artichoke and the berberis are of support to the normal liver function.

DIRECTIONS: take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the evening.

Gaertn) fruits dry extract, titrated to 80% in silymarin; artichoke (Cynara scolimus L.) leaves dry extract titrated to 2.5% in chlorogenic acid; berberis (Berberis aristata DC.) dry bark extract, titrated to 97% in berberine; charging agent: cellulose; coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
