By adding a special protein complex, its protein content was greatly increased, while carbs were cut and sugar eliminated so you can eat it without feeling any guilt. It’s a piece of cake to prepare; all you need is your favourite mug, filled with the cake powder and some skimmed or plant milk, and a microwave to put it in.
