Vegetable proteins

Unlike products with animal ingredients, plant-based foods are not complete protein sources, which means that they do not contain all the essential amino acids our body requires. However, it is possible (with a combination of different vegetable protein sources) to obtain a protein complex of complete value. In Vegan Protein we have achieved this result by combining two protein sources that complement each other perfectly - the rice protein contains little lysine but is rich in sulfur-containing amino acids (such as cysteine and methionine) and pea protein contains less sulfur-containing amino acids while it is rich of lysine. We have enhanced this excellent base mix with the addition of other amino acids.

Protéine efficace, enfin pour moi. Par contre, pas toujours facile de la dissoudre en shaker comparé à d'autres poudres. Chocolat cannelle , tout ce que j'aime mais : Le prix sans réduc pique, et surtout, c'est archi méga super sucré, même si édulcorants, c'est vraiment écoeurant à la longue..
