NEBIAL 3% KIT is indicated for the daily cleansing of the nasal cavities especially in case of colds, rhinitis, sinusitis and in all situations of congestion of the nasal mucosa.
NEBIAL 3% KIT allows the nebulization of NEBIAL 3% (a 3% hypertonic saline solution at physiological pH with the addition of ready-to-use hyaluronic acid) through the Spray-sol® nebulizer device.
The Spray-sol® nebulizer is a device specifically designed to perform topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities, and allows the rapid administration of the solution by nebulization in particles of size between 10 and 20 microns, suitable for the treatment of the upper airways. The specially designed shape and the soft material used for the regulator make it particularly suitable for the child's nostril, but it can also be used by the adult.
NEBIAL 3% has a decongestant action on the nasal mucous membranes as well as a fluidifying effect on the mucus. It helps the drainage of secretions and is therefore useful for maintaining cleansing of the nasal passages especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis and sinusitis; in general it allows to clear the blocked nose improving breathing.
The presence of hyaluronic acid makes NEBIAL 3% suitable for administration in children. Hyaluronic acid is a substance produced by our body, which has the task of maintaining the hydration of the tissues. It adheres to the surface of the mucosa and, by retaining water in a physiological way, forms a protective film that relieves the irritated mucosa. It favors the humidification of the nasal cavities and improves the palatability and pleasantness of the hypertonic solution.
The solution contained in the single-dose vials can be used for aerosol therapy.
ACTIVE COMPONENTS
Each vial of NEBIAL 3% contains: Sodium chloride, Sodium hyaluronate, Dibasic potassium phosphate, Monobasic potassium phosphate, Water.
NEBIAL 3% does not contain preservatives.
DIRECTIONS:
1-3 washes with the Spray-sol® nebulizer per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
2-4 washes with the Spray-sol® nebulizer per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
