Buonissimi biscotti, per gusto, fragranza e valori nutrizionali. Ho assaggiato tutti i gusti dato che col primo acquisto sono stata molto soddisfatta! Ed è per questo che ho deciso di acquistare tutte le altre opzioni... Sono buonissimi tutti, in più a loro favore la cospicua presenza di fibre ne da un apporto calorico e di carboidrati semplici “zucchero “ ridotto rispetto ai comuni biscotti, e in più sanno dare subito un senso di sazietà e appagamento già dopo il secondo biscotto. Sono impacchettati a due, e con due biscotti raggiungi 144kcal che sono pochissime... Io con quattro sono sazia per tutta mattina e potrei resistere a pranzare alle 14....avendo introdotto solo 287 kcal, calorie date da pochissimi carboidrati oltretutto, una favola! Se volete un mio consiglio il gusto più buono è Arancia, se amate la caramellatura, ci sono pezzettini di arancia candita nell’impasto. Poi secondo posto a pari merito per VanigliaLimone e Cocco, terza Mandorla, quarto Cacao e ultimo Caffè. Spero, con la mia recensione, di aver aiutato qualcuno indeciso. Ciao!
