DIRECTIONS: for the treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) with losses and / or unpleasant odors, apply Actigel in the vagina at least twice a day in abundant quantities for a period of at least 5 days. Per the prevention of leaks, unpleasant odors and related disorders, or in case of fungal infections, one application per day for at least three days is sufficient. To increase the effectiveness, the number of applications can be increased. In case of vaginal disorders such as itching, irritation, sensitivity, redness and soreness, apply Actigel in large quantities at least once a day, repeating the application if necessary.
COMPOSITION: copolymer of galactoarabic polyglucuronic acid; concentrated extract of aloe barbadensis; mannano.
WARNINGS: It is not an antifungal drug. Therefore it cannot cure candida infections. 1% of women with the disorder have a condition called "lactobacillosis" or "cytolytic vaginosis". This condition is characterized by an overgrowth of lactobacilli and a very low pH below 4. As the product stimulates the growth of lactobacilli, it should not be used in this circumstance.
