GYMLINE MUSCLE VEGETAL PROTEIN BLEND is a nutritional supplement of vegetable proteins, vitamins and mineral salts that are indicated in case of reduced dietary intake of these nutrients or increases in their needs, such as in the diet of the athlete. A portion (about 30 g) of the product prepared according to the indicated mode provides 20.8 g of protein * that contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It is also a source of Vitamins (Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12) and Minerals (Iron, Zinc, Calcium).

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and reduces tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Iron contributes to the normal transport of oxygen to the body. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.

DIRECTIONS: Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 2 misurines (about 30 g) in 150 ml of non-carbonated water using a shaker. It is recommended up to one portion per day depending on the activity performed and considering the other protein sources made by the diet.

Il sapore è opinabile a me non ha fatto impazzire (cacao),un pò pesante diluito con acqua, buon profilo ammino, la quantità di proteine per dose è relativamente nella media rispetto ad altri. Essendo un brand conosciuto avevo aspettative decisamente migliori.
