Epitact Hallux Valgus "Onion" protects the "onion" from chafing, relieving pain. Even if the deformation of the onion in the foot is not very marked, wearing shoes quickly becomes painful. Contact with the shoe creates pain on the bone growth and corns appear due to excessive pressure and rubbing.
It is therefore necessary to place an interface between the shoe and the “onion” that allows to distribute the loads and relieve pain. This is the purpose of the Epithelium 26 silicone gel found in the Epitact hallux valgus protector.
- A 1mm thick Epithelium 26 pad placed on the “onion” allows you to limit rubbing without adding further pressure due to the lack of space in the shoe.

- The protection against hallux valgus is machine washable at 30 ° C inside the special net.
- If worn every day and washed according to the instructions, the protectors will last several months.

DIRECTIONS: the protections must be used on clean and dry skin.
- Remove a protector from the metallized bag.
- Carefully remove the protective film that covers the adhesive side.
- Apply this adhesive side to the skin, taking care to cover the hallux valgus area well.
- Press lightly on the protector so that it adheres perfectly to the foot.
- Gently slip on socks, stockings or tights.
- Keep the device applied throughout the day.
- Remove the night cover, place it on the pouch provided for this purpose and place it in the metallic bag until the next day.
- The protection can be used 5 days (or 5 times) on average.
