Super Hydro is an energy hydrosaline food supplement developed to obtain a hypotonic mixture, with carbohydrates and electrolytes.

The solution maintains resistance performance during prolonged exercise and increases the absorption of water during physical activity , for optimal hydration.

The SH complex, characterized by new generation carbohydrates (highly branched and maltodextrin de1 cyclical dextrins), allows a sale of differentiated energy, quick and gradual.


The presence of vitamins of group B and vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit. B6, Pantotenic acid, vitamin C), to the normal cardiac function (Thiamine), the normal formation of red blood cells (Vit. B6 ) and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (Vit. C).

sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium are balanced for an optimal restoration of the electrolytes.
 
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1 dose (1 measuring measuring = 25 g) in about 500 ml of water.

Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes.

It is preferable not to exceed the maximum dose of total 75g of dust, equal to about 3 bottles of solution, unless exceptional cases, such as very long races or occasional workouts.
