PURUS WHEY is a sweetener based on whey proteins based on instantaneous solubility vitamin B6, indicated in the sports nutrition. Thanks to the proteins it contributes to growth and maintenance of the muscle (1), while vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and reduces tiredness and fatigue (2). Serum proteins (or whey proteins) are a protein source with high biological value and high content of branched chain amino acids, have rapid digestion times and therefore quickly release the amino acids contained. PURUS WHEY provides all protein fractions of whey in an ideal proportion.

DIRECTIONS: Mix 3 pieces = 30 g of PURUS WHEY with 80 ml of water or other liquid. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased as desired to obtain the desired density and intensity of taste. Increasing the volume of added water decreases the intensity of the taste and makes the preparation less dense. Take a portion a day as a snack away from main meals, or one hour before the workouts. It can also be taken after workouts or races. Preparation in the glass: The product is instant, which means that it is not necessary for the shaker to prepare it. Insert a portion of the product into the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Preparation with the shaker: Bring a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein right after training. Insert a portion of the product into the shaker, add water, cover with cap and shake for a few seconds.
