Whey Protein is a food supplement in powder with sweetener of whey and concentrated whey, with 75% of Protein and vitamins for the preparation of a drink.

The supplement is composed in such a way that the muscle cells are quickly supplied with amino acids, in order to promote optimal protein synthesis, or the building of muscle mass.

Since this product is very soluble, and can be drunk like water after training, you have the feeling of not being full and therefore being able to obtain a greater energy balance, with a meal rich in Protein at the end of the exercise.

Especially after intensive training units or in competitions, the feeling of hunger (for most athletes) does not appear immediately after sports; as a result, the so-called "anabolic window" cannot be optimally used after training units.
 
DIRECTIONS: Preparation: mix 30 g of powder in 300 ml of water for 1 serving.

2 servings per day (protein intake with the usual diet should not exceed 2 g of protein per kg of body weight per day), 1 serving immediately after training.
