Physiological sleep involves the alternation of REM and NON-REM phases. The REM phases are characterized by the oneiric part of sleep and are essential to guarantee an effective and effective rest. In the first months of life, the newborn has not yet developed the circadian rhythms that allow for the regularization of sleep and wakefulness phases: the production of melatonin is decisive for this regularization.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, it contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and is useful, even in case of long journeys, to alleviate the effects of jet-lag **.

Melatosoma® is a liposomal structure of phospholipids and melatonin.

The use of this technology allows for a greater bioavailability of melatonin.

The liquid formulation, to be dosed with a graduated syringe, allows the product to be administered according to subjective needs.

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.

** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Fisiomel® offers a physiological and natural help to promote falling asleep.

DIRECTIONS: it is recommended to take 0.25 ml of product (equal to 1 mg of melatonin) to be dosed with the graduated syringe in the evening, just before going to bed, as is or diluted in a little water or milk warm. The graduated syringe allows you to easily dose the product and easily administer it even to the little ones. The assumption and dosages of Fisiomel® must be carried out according to the subjective needs and in relation to the need.
