Food supplement based on isoflavones Food supplement based on red clover isoflavones, with calcium and vitamin D3. It helps to reduce symptoms (hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings) and to integrate the deficiencies (anxiety and irritability, insomnia, night sweats) of menopause. It also protects against aging (vaginal dryness, acceleration of the heartbeat). Each tablet contains 40 mg of Red Clover isoflavones, in combination with 500 mg of Calcium and 140 IU of Vitamin D3. Promensil advance does not contain sugar, yeast, milk derivatives, wheat and wheat starch, gluten, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors. Perimenopause: the term perimenopause refers to the period before menopause during which cycle length and menstrual flow can vary significantly. A common symptom of this period is hot flashes, which many women describe as sudden and very violent. Other common symptoms at this stage are: profuse night sweats, irregular sleep, and mood swings. Menopause: menopause manifests itself in each woman with different symptoms. For some women, menopause is gradual and almost unnoticeable, for others it is studded with serious ailments. The term menopause literally indicates the last menstrual cycle; in reality we speak of menopause when a woman does not have a menstrual cycle for twelve consecutive months. The gradual decrease in estrogen production during this period is simply a natural evolution from the fertile period to a new time in life. For most women, menopause occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, with an average of around 51. Estrogen levels play an important role in a woman's life. They increase from puberty to fertile age, from this moment they increase and decrease rhythmically following the menstrual cycle; they peak during pregnancy and then decrease with menopause. The decrease in estrogen levels in menopause can lead to the onset of these disorders: hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and irritability, decreased libido, insomnia, headache, vaginal dryness, loss of concentration. Many women are also unaware of the fact that the decrease in estrogen levels can lead to less obvious but more dangerous problems: osteoporosis, hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia.
