It helps to reduce symptoms (hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings) and to integrate the deficiencies (anxiety and irritability, insomnia, night sweats) of menopause. It also protects against aging (vaginal dryness, acceleration of the heartbeat). Perimenopause: the term perimenopause refers to the period before menopause during which cycle length and menstrual flow can vary significantly. A common symptom of this period is hot flashes, which many women describe as sudden and very violent. Other common symptoms at this stage are: profuse night sweats, irregular sleep, and mood swings. Menopause: menopause manifests itself in each woman with different symptoms. For some women, menopause is gradual and almost unnoticeable, for others it is studded with serious ailments. The decrease in estrogen levels in menopause can lead to the onset of these disorders: hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and irritability, decreased libido, insomnia, headache, vaginal dryness, loss of concentration. Many women are also unaware of the fact that the decrease in estrogen levels can lead to less obvious but more dangerous problems: osteoporosis, hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia.
