What is Bio Alfalfa?

Use and mechanism of action

Alfalfa is a primary source of plant proteins and contains many essential amino acids, enzymes and phytoestrogens. It is extraordinarily rich in minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium, manganese, sulfur, sodium, copper and selenium), which are present in balanced form, are easily absorbed and help to neutralise excess acidity in the body.

This rich plant, commonly used as animal fodder, also contains high levels of beta-carotene, chlorophyll, biotin, choline, inositol, PABA and vitamins A, C, D and K. The latter, in particular, can effectively support the processes that come into play in the event of hemorrhage, heavy menstrual flow or nose bleeds.
