What is B1 100?

B1 100 is a water soluble vitamin B1, or thiamine, supplement, of both plant and animal origin.

Use and mechanism of action

Thiamin is involved in the complex conversion process of glucose into energy. That is why one of its main contributions to our well-being relates to the energy cycle. Anyone who uses a lot of energy or does a lot of sport, must take the right doses of thiamine.
