What is Colina e Inositolo?

Colina e Inositolois a Choline and Inositol supplement produced in accordance with high quality standards. Choline is present in the form of “choline bitartrate”, a form that contains the highest choline content, and is easily bioavailable to the body. Inositol is present in its active form of 100% pure myo-inositol, which is obtained through the natural fermentation of GMO-free corn.

Use and mechanism of action

Choline and inositol work together to form lecithin, a substance which acts as an emulsifier and helps keep fats in solution in the blood and other body fluids, helping the body to maintain normal blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Choline contributes to maintaining healthy liver function, as it falls under the group of substances deemed “lipotropic”, i.e. that are able to prevent the liver from storing excess fat.
