What is MSM?

MSM (Zolfo organico – Metilsulfonilmetano) is an MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) supplement, which is a purified form of organic sulfur.
We have chosen the OptiMSM® version on account of its high quality and bioavailability and excellent degree of purity, which is achieved through a molecular distillation process that allows any contaminants to be separated and eliminated.
On its own, MSM is available in tablet or powder form, while the MQC Coenzyme 10- and Vitamin C-enriched formulation is available in capsule or powder form.


Use and mechanism of action

Our body requires a constant supply of natural sulfur so as to be able to produce healthy cells, which are required for it to function.

Sulfur is in fact a key component for normal tendons, ligament and joint function. It is also a component of keratin, which is found in the hair, skin and nails and provides the body with effective support in the typical manifestations triggered by external substances, such as pollutants or allergenic substances such as pollen.


RECOMMENDATION: 2-4 tablets daily, with a large glass of water.
