What is PABA 200?

Closely linked to B-group vitamins, PABA is a para-aminobenzoic acid or PABA supplement. It is produced in accordance with high quality standards, with rice flour as the only excipient. It is allergen-free and not GMO.


Use and mechanism of action

PABA is important for the synthesis of vitamin B9 (folic acid). It acts as a growth stimulating factor for intestinal bacterial flora, increasing the production of folic acid, which in turn, contributes to the formation of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).

It is traditionally used to promote healthy skin and provide skin protection, by virtue of its function of helping the body to use the B vitamins involved in the formation of melanin, a brown pigment that helps protect the skin from the sun. Many high quality sun protection creams in fact list this acid among their protective ingredients.


RECOMMENDATION: 1 to 2 capsules daily, with a large glass of water.
