What is Wild Yam?

Wild Yam 100 e Wild Yam 300 is a supplement that contains the root of Villosa Dioscorea, commonly referred to as Wild Yam. It is produced accordance with high quality standards. It contains 20% diosgenin and is allergen-free.

Use and mechanism of action

Villosa Dioscorea is a spontaneous plant, native to North and Central America and traditionally used by the Aztecs in Mexico to soothe menstrual pain and the pain of childbirth.
