Synergies:
- Rutin or Vitamin P - Strengthens capillary walls and reduces the loss of fluids. Rutin reduces the formation of fluids following contusions, by strengthening the capillary walls and therefore preventing leaks.
- Blueberry - Regulates the permeability of capillaries and strengthens vessel walls. It promotes the elimination of excess fluid from the interstitial spaces in the tissues.
- Melilotus Officinalis (Yellow Sweet Clover) - Exerts a venotonic action at a peripheral level.
- Horse Chestnut - Contains esculin and escin, two flavonoids that act specifically on capillary walls, strengthening them and promoting correct permeability.
- Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) - Regulates the permeability of capillaries.
- Grape seeds - Promote microcirculation functions.
RECOMMENDATION: Apply to the skin, massaging lightly to promote absorption from the bottom of the legs upwards, focusing on areas in which greater tension is felt.
