Levian Crema helps to promote physiological functions of the venous circulation, in particular of the haemorrhoidal plexus.
Levian Crema, thanks to its content of plant substances that have been carefully selected by the Naturando research division, exerts a soothing action, providing relief from irritation and burning sensations.
It is also an effective aid in protecting the perianal mucosa, promoting the correct trophicity of the microcirculation.
For best results, use in combination with Levian Forte.

• Sweet Almond Oil and Shea Butter - Highly regarded substances which have emollient, nutritive and elasticizing properties for the skin and mucosa.
• Glycerine - A substance of plant origin which has been known since ancients times for its emollient and soothing properties.
• Silanols - Possess anti-inflammatory properties and help to promote the correct elasticity of the blood vessels, particularly in the microcirculation.
• Escin - Is more active in phytosome form. It possesses vasoprotective properties particularly of the small vessels of the peripheral circulatory system, and is used to treat varicose veins and haemorrhoids.
• 18-Beta-Glycyrrhetic Acid - Derived from liquorice, it has emollient properties. Works in synergy with escin.
• Aloe Barbadensis - Soothing, reduces itching and burning sensations.
• Horse Chestnut - Helps to treat alteration in circulatory function. Rich in escin.
• Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) - Promotes venous circulation and protects the capillary walls. Ensures the correct permeability of the capillaries and aids drainage of fluids from the tissues.
• Ginkgo Biloba - Has beneficial effects on the functions of the microcirculation at a peripheral level. 

RECOMMENDATION: Apply a sufficient quantity of cream to the area to be treated once or severaI times a day and massage gently with circular movements until completely absorbed.
